Last night David and I had dinner at the Yang Yang with his Production team. What a bright bunch of hardworking guys. I've always loved watching Dave interact with the people who work with him.
Four of the six Chinese men are only children.
The first guy, Steven, is a twin. He's lucky. Next is Evan.
The second photo is Jimmy, Tim and Charles. Charles has an older sister.
Third photo is of Henry and Peter. Peter is an intern from the States. They were a happy, fun bunch. I wish we would have ordered the Shanghai Hairy Crab because I discovered they would have been more than willing to teach me how to eat it. Steven's parents live on the lake and make their living catching and selling crabs. We did have the Suzhou Fish though and that was delish!
