 I have often watched the old TV show "Cheers" but never really experienced it, until now.  David has to check in at the Blue Marlin every day to see how everybody is doing.  I used to think, well that's his thing, I'll go back to our apartment while he checks things out.  But this trip he kept wanting me to go with him.  I'm so glad he did.  I got to meet some really interesting people from all over the world and understand his need to go there.

More often than not they are figuring out some issue one of them is having with their company.  From left to right we have Ahti from Finland, Morten from Norway, Ben from Netherlands and Mike from Canada.  There are also guys from Italy, Germany, the UK, Tunisia, France, Mexico...the list goes on and on.  Several of them have been here longer than David and have beautiful Chinese wives and children.  Dave is the only American in the group and he does the same thing there that he has done at our church for years, make sure everyone feels welcome and that someone knows their name.

All the guys are very protective of Jessie, who has been part of the wait staff for a few years.  If some young whippersnapper comes along and tries to break her heart he'll have to answer to them.
