Old Suzhou

You never quite forget your first encounter with Suzhou Fish.  I'll never forget mine 12 years ago.  I was freaked out. Now it is one of my favorite dishes.  Sweet and Sour fish.  
We went out to one of the oldest restaurants in Suzhou, Song Helou with one of David's colleagues, Mark along with his wife, Pearl and son Bobby.  Mark is so interesting, he is Chinese and speaks English with an Australian accent.  He loves to explain everything, especially history of China.
And then we went on a evening river cruise in Old Suzhou.  So beautiful.  We could even see the crescent moon and stars, which hasn't always been the case in Suzhou because of air pollution.
