Guys and women with carts like this are all over the city in the morning making breakfast for everyone on their way to work. There is usually a crowd around them as they wait for about a minute and a half to get their pancake.
This is what it looks like. A really thin pancake batter, an egg smeared on top of that with sprinkles of green onion, cilantro and a little tiny bit of meat and then rolled up with a crunchy thing inside.
